Wood form and excavate pool. Machine grade excavated material around pool as desired.

Pool is to be constructed of ½” diameter steel rod to be placed 12 inches on center throughout pool and 6’-8” on center vertically beyond five feet deep.

Gunite to be 6”-8” thick on the walls and floor, with a beam 10 inches wide

Gunite steps are custom designed to fit the shape, size and design of the pool

Custom benches or swimouts

Coping choices of Bullnose brick, Bluestone or custom stone are available.

Six inch band frost proof tile at waterline

Interior of pool to be marbledust, steel trowels to a smooth finish. Customer to choose color (white, light, medium or dark grey)

Two 12” main drains in the deep end of the pool installed to the filter system with anti-vortex approved safety covers or custom designed to pool plan.

Two automatic wall surface skimmers or custom designed to pool plan.

Three recirculating returns with adjustable inlets or custom designed to pool plan.

Separate suction lines with a manifold at the filter system, each valve controlling a skimmer or main drain

One variable speed Pentair Intelliflo pump

One 30 inch diameter hi-rate commercial sand filter (tr-100c) or equal, customer may choose any type of filter

Equipment to be installed on a Pre-fab slab within forty feet of the pool

Pentair 500 watt underwater light

Supply “easy touch 4” computerized pool controller. Including remote control with digital temperature display, electronic timers for all motors, and built in freeze protection

All plumbing for pool is one and one half and two inch diameter, scheduled 40, rigid PVC pipe

Clean up the swimming pool area upon completion
